Kolkata: Three city residents lost more than Rs 5 crore in investment frauds in the past 72 hours. Bengaluru: Having faced delays in starting construction works in most of its urban local body (ULB) limits for nearly two months after the automated Land and Building Plan Approval System (Nirman 2.0) crashed, Karnataka is likely to get a relief.
