Gurgaon: A 68-year-old man was killed after a truck hit his electric scooter on the Delhi-Gurgaon Expressway near Ravi Hotel on Wednesday.The truck involved in the collision was identified and seized from the spot. However, the driver fled immediately after the accident and remains absconding, an officer said. “A case was registered under sections 281 (rash driving) and 106 (death by negligence) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
