Jaipur: Sawai Man Singh Hospital has removed two audiologists following repeated complaints of rude behaviour, indiscipline and negligence, as part of a wider crackdown on staff misconduct.Hospital authorities said the two contractual audiologists, who had been working for nearly a decade, were dismissed after multiple patient complaints. “Their behaviour was rude and patients had raised concerns. Chandrapur: A tiger responsible for two fatal attacks was tranquilised and captured near Savarla village in Talodhi range on Saturday evening.The operation was carried out by the Rapid Response Team (RRT) from Tadoba-Andhari Tiger Reserve under supervision of Brahmapuri divisional forest officer Kumar Swami. PUNE: Daytime temperatures in the city rose sharply on Saturday, with Shivajinagar and Lohegaon recording their hottest day of the season so far at 39°C and 40.6°C, respectively, India Meteorological Department data showed.An IMD official told TOI that temperatures were expected to rise further in the coming days. “Our latest forecast indicates a continued increase in maximum temperatures, with areas like Lohegaon and Koregaon Park likely to touch 42°C, while Shivajinagar may reach around 41°C.
