Kolkata: Police have arrested four employees of a local rehabilitation center after a 17-year-old boy, who was suffering from mental health issues, was allegedly thrashed to death in Bansdroni on Sunday.Parents of the deceased boy, who was a resident of Bansdroni, had contacted the rehabilitation facility on Sunday for his treatment, police sources said. Ahmedabad: Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) caught Jay Kulkarni, a junior clerk in AMC’s property tax department (central zone, Danapith), accepting a Rs 2,000 bribe. He had allegedly demanded Rs 5,000 to register the complainant as the occupant in property tax records, of which Rs 3,000 was reportedly already paid.
