Prayagraj: The Uttar Pradesh Education Service Selection Commission (UPESSC) has changed the examination pattern for the recruitment of assistant professors in 330 govt-aided degree colleges across the state, increasing the number of questions while introducing negative marking for the first time.Under the revised pattern, candidates will have to answer 120 questions in two hours, compared with 100 questions in the earlier examination. The new paper will comprise 90 questions from the concerned subject and 30 questions from general studies.
