Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas has advised Manipal Hospital on its INR 8000 crore proposed IPO. Trilegal guided the MEMG Group, including Dr. Ranjan Ramdas Pai, Manipal Global Health Services, MEMG International (promoters), and Manipal Education and Medical Group India (promoter group selling shareholder). Khaitan & Co and Latham & Watkins acted as the domestic and International legal counsels to the BRLMs on this transaction.Book-running lead managers of this proposed IPO include Kotak Mahindra Capital, Axis Capital, Goldman Sachs (India), Jefferies India, JP Morgan India, UBS Securities India, and DBS Bank India.
The proposed issue comprises a fresh issue of INR 8000 crore and an OFS of up to 43,227,668 equity shares by existing shareholders.
