Mumbai: Regency Hospital has raised Rs 110 crore from BlackSoil Capital to fund expansion and healthcare infrastructure.
The hospital said the investment will fund its expansion into tier 2 and tier 3 markets where demand for specialised care continues to grow.
Regency currently operates hospitals in Kanpur, Lucknow and Gorakhpur offering care across oncology, nephrology, gastroenterology, cardiology, critical care and other specialities.
As demand for care grows beyond metropolitan cities, BlackSoil said it expects to continue building its healthcare lending portfolio, with a focus on established operators expanding their presence across tier-2 and tier-3 markets.
