Bathinda: The police have detained Berozgar Sanjha Morcha activists Raman Kumar Malout, Gurpreet Singh Pakka Kalan and Munish Fazilka after they raised slogans against the Punjab govt when Punjab chief minister Bhagwant Mann was addressing a rally at Jaito town in Faridkot district on Sunday. Apart from them, three other activists were also allegedly put under house arrest.Berozgar Sanjha Morcha state convener Sukhwinder Singh Dhilwan said, “We were holding protests in support of our demands when they were detained by the police at Jaito. We will continue to hold protests in support of these demands. Activists Himanshu and Kuldeep said that police reached their respective homes and they were taken to Faridkot City Police Station, while Shamsher Gill was put under house arrest at his home to stop him from reaching the rally venue.
