Prayagraj: A 23-year-old woman from Uttar Pradesh’s Pratapgarh was injured after being allegedly attacked with a kitchen knife by two co-passengers between Jabalpur and Bhusawal railway stations on the Saket Express late Saturday.The woman, identified as Ashma (23) from Pratapgarh, was admitted to Dufferin Hospital in Prayagraj after the train reached Prayagraj Junction. Berhampur: A 34-year-old man was arrested on Tuesday for allegedly hacking his younger brother to death at Karanjakua village under Mohana police limits in Gajapati district on Sunday. Patna: Two children died after a pillar collapsed in Kharik Bazar under Kharik police station area of Naugachia in Bhagalpur district on Tuesday afternoon. The incident occurred near the house of a local resident, Soni Devi. Nidhi Kumari and Krishna Kumar were playing nearby when the structure suddenly fell on them, leaving them critically injured. Vadodara: The Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSHSEB) will conduct the Class 10 and Class 12 examinations at 267 centres across Vadodara city and district from Thursday.More than 72,000 students will appear for the exams, including around 44,600 Class 10 students and nearly 28,000 Class 12 candidates.In a first-of-its-kind initiative in Vadodara, students can now scan a QR code to locate their examination centres directly on Google Maps.
