New Delhi: Delhi govt on Friday launched a double-decker bus service, called Dekho Meri Dilli, aimed at boosting tourism. Chief minister Rekha Gupta flagged off the vehicles. The 63-seater electric bus is equipped with safety systems and has a panoramic upper deck to allow visitors a view of Delhi’s heritage and contemporary landmarks, a senior official said. Chennai: Triplicane police arrested a 38-year-old man on Thursday for harassing a 19-year-old college student on a city bus. The incident occurred on bus route 32-B while the victim, a third-year undergraduate student, was travelling home after college. Ahmedabad: A traffic head constable was injured when a two-wheeler rider who he signalled to stop, knocked him down at high speed near Sanand bridge underpass on SG Road on Thursday morning.
