Patna: A three-and-a-half-year-old girl was allegedly raped by a youth in Patna district late on Friday evening. Surat: The Surat zonal unit of the Directorate General of GST Intelligence (DGGI) uncovered a fake input tax credit (ITC) racket being run through a network of firms in Ahmedabad and Surat, and arrested three persons on Friday. Thiruvananthapuram: The Kerala Start-Up Mission (KSUM) is set to submit the detailed project report (DPR) and implementation proposal for the emerging technology start-up hub at Technopark Phase IV to the state govt within a week, a senior official said. The move comes after the state govt requested clarifications on the public-private partnership (PPP) model, particularly regarding cost sharing and expected returns from private investors.
