Hisar: An additional district and sessions judge-cum-special judge of the fast track court in Fatehabad on Friday sentenced a man to five years’ imprisonment in a POCSO case involving a minor girl, besides imposing a total fine of Rs 50,000.The court, presided over by Additional District and Sessions Judge Amit Garg, convicted the accused under Section 8 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act and Section 137(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS).
