Coimbatore: A gang of four was arrested on Saturday, for attempting to murder three youths with weapons near Kovaipudur on Friday night.Kuniyamuthur police identified the arrested as M Sanjeev, 21, S Azharuddin, 23, S Vishnu, 22, and B Manoj Kumar, 23, all from Kuniyamuthur. Gurgaon: The directorate of school education, Haryana, has issued standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the recovery of tablets distributed to students under the state’s e-Adhigam scheme, warning that board results, certificates and key academic documents could be withheld if devices are not returned.With the 2025–26 academic session nearing completion, the department has directed district education officers, school heads and teachers to ensure recovery of tablets from students who are graduating, transferring or leaving the schools. Panaji: State govt has decided to withdraw the Employment Exchanges (Compulsory Notification of Vacancies) (Goa Amendment) Bill, 2025, in the upcoming budget session of the assembly.
