Bengaluru: Having faced delays in starting construction works in most of its urban local body (ULB) limits for nearly two months after the automated Land and Building Plan Approval System (Nirman 2.0) crashed, Karnataka is likely to get a relief. Hyderabad: Hours after the murder of 34-year-old woman advocate G Swapna Kumari at Kethyreddypally near Moinabad, police have arrested four persons, including her elder brother G Raju, for their alleged role in the murder case. Chennai: Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Company (Chola), the financial services arm of the Murugappa Group, is expected to exceed Rs 1,000 crore in its gold loan portfolio by the end of FY26, its president and CFO Arul Selvan D said. Coimbatore: Chief minister M K Stalin on Thursday inaugurated the Kurichi-Kuniyamuthur underground drainage (UGD) project in the city through videoconferencing. Kalaburagi: A KKRTC driver was assaulted by a youth for not giving way near Beeri Tanda, near Bhalki in Bidar district, on Wednesday morning.
