Accused caught after encounter Varanasi: Police on Monday claimed to have arrested a co-accused in the murder of a 22-year-old MSc student after an encounter near Jakhini. The accused sustained a bullet injury in his leg and was taken to hospital. T’puram: An additional tunnel access is being proposed to fast-track the underground rail link between Vizhinjam International Seaport (VISL) and Balaramapuram after prospective bidders flagged the difficulty of completing the project within the stipulated Dec 2028 deadline.
