Bhubaneswar: More than a year after the CBI arrested senior Enforcement Directorate (ED) officer Chintan Raghuvanshi in a bribery case here, its complainant was arrested by the directorate on Thursday.ED officials identified the accused as Ratikant Rout, a Bhubaneswar‑based stone miner with business interests in Dhenkanal district.“A money‑laundering case was registered against Rout in 2024 for illegal stone mining.
