New Delhi: Delhi Police have apprehended more than 12 people in connection with a pan-India racket allegedly involved in the illegal trade of cancer medicines, including genuine drugs sourced through unauthorised channels and counterfeit medicines.Police sources said the racket involved medicines allegedly stolen from govt and private hospitals and subsequently diverted to the illegal market. Bengaluru: Two men have been detained for theft of water taps from Yeshwantpur railway station and 54 such devices recovered from them.Around 5:30am Tuesday, RPF staff who noticed a man walking suspiciously at the station, detained him who identified himself as HB Shivakumar. The 46-year old had a screw driver with him and allegedly revealed that he had stolen these taps.Based on his disclosure, RPF was able to connect him with three incidents of tap thefts which occurred within Yeshwantpur.
