Kolkata: The National Investigation Agency (NIA) arrested a Kolkata resident, Zafar Riaz alias Rizvi, for allegedly passing confidential security-related information to Pakistan Intelligence Officers (PIOs) as part of an anti-India terror conspiracy, the agency said in a statement.The NIA said a Look Out Circular had been issued against the accused and proceedings were underway to declare him a Proclaimed Offender (PO) before he was taken into custody.
