Patna: Education department on Friday issued a notification for the transfer of govt school teachers under the Bihar State Teacher Transfer Rules, 2026. The online portal for applications seeking adjustment, rationalisation and mutual transfers will remain open from July 29 to Aug 5.The department said the transfer exercise would be carried out in three phases and completed by Oct 31.
