Kolkata: The ED on Friday filed its second supplementary charge sheet against Sona Pappu in the land grab and money laundering case it is probing, accusing him of embezzling around Rs 38 crore.In the nearly 100-page charge sheet, the agency has listed around 200 witnesses.
