Fires broke out at two energy facilities and one air defense base around the Black Sea port city of Sochi following a Ukrainian drone attack, Russian authorities and media reported on Friday. Posing as CBI officers, they allegedly convinced him to transfer Rs 22.7 lakh to prove his innocence.
