Ukrainian drones damaged two apartment buildings and an industrial plant in the Moscow region and killed at least two people in the southwestern Belgorod region, officials said Thursday. New Delhi: New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC) will extend the operating hours of some public toilets in its area from 10 pm to midnight.To begin with, 11 toilets have been identified, of which nine are in Connaught Place.
