Guwahati: Lokpriya Gopinath Bordoloi International (LGBI) Airport has commissioned a 570-metre Precision Approach Lighting System (PALS) to improve aircraft approach and landing operations during low-visibility conditions.“Guwahati experiences seasonal weather challenges, including heavy monsoon rainfall and periods of reduced visibility that can impact flight operations.
