New Delhi: The National Medical Commission (NMC) will open its online portal for applications for the Eligibility Certificate (EC) for Foreign Medical Graduate Examination (FMGE) aspirants from 10 am on September 1 to 6 pm on September 30, giving candidates who have not yet obtained the certificate an opportunity to apply.The EC is mandatory for candidates required to appear for the FMGE.
