Ahmedabad: Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) caught Jay Kulkarni, a junior clerk in AMC’s property tax department (central zone, Danapith), accepting a Rs 2,000 bribe. He had allegedly demanded Rs 5,000 to register the complainant as the occupant in property tax records, of which Rs 3,000 was reportedly already paid.
