Mangaluru: The department of personnel and administrative reforms has appointed Rahul Ratnam Pandey as the new commissioner for the Mangaluru City Corporation (MCC) with immediate effect.Pandey, a 2018 batch IAS officer, who was the managing director of Karnataka State Medical Supplies Corporation Limited (KSMSCL), Bengaluru, has been posted as the commissioner of the MCC, replacing Ravichandra Naik, who has been transferred.
