Patna Medical College and Hospital Patna: Patna Medical College and Hospital (PMCH) has earmarked 20 beds, including six equipped with ventilators, for dengue patients amid the monsoon season, superintendent of the hospital Dr Rajiv Kumar Singh said on Tuesday.Singh said the hospital has intensified preventive measures through daily pesticide spraying in coordination with the Patna Municipal Corporation (PMC) and taken steps to prevent waterlogging on the campus. Ajmer: Two teachers at a govt school in Pisangan, Ajmer, including a physical training instructor, were suspended after girl students accused them of sexual harassment. Ranchi: CID on Tuesday questioned former Jharkhand Public Service Commission (JPSC) chairperson L Khiangte for over eight hours in connection with alleged irregularities in several exams, including the 14th civil services examination. Kolkata: The state govt is trying to do away with the middlemen in the farm-to-table segment of agricultural produce by increasing the reach of the state-owned agri-marketing platform Sufal Bangla, state agriculture marketing minister Dilip Ghosh said.
