Berhampur: Excise personnel of Berhampur division arrested three persons, two of them from Kerala, on Wednesday for allegedly illegally transporting ganja in two cars. The accused persons were Karuna Digal (18) of Gadipadar, near Baliguda in Kandhamal district, Abdul Razaque (37) and Mohammed Jafarali AM (26) of Vidyanagar in Kerala’s Kasaragod district, he said.They seized around 80kg of ganja and the cars near the first gate area here. The body of a Scottish woman has been found inside a suitcase in an abandoned building in Greece, prompting a multi-agency investigation.
