Four men have been arrested and two are in critical condition in hospital after violent disorder in south Wales.The arrests were made following a disturbance involving a group of men in Pontnewydd, near Pontypool, at about 19:15 on Thursday evening, Gwent Police said.Two of the men arrested are in police custody.
