Hyderabad: Rainbow Children’s Medicare Limited announced the appointment of Abrarali Dalal as its Chief Executive Officer, effective January 20, 2026.
Dalal brings over 25 years of experience in the healthcare sector, with a background in leading multi-location hospital networks and driving operational excellence and strategic growth initiatives, the company said in a statement.
His appointment was approved by the company’s Board of Directors following a recommendation from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
As CEO, Dalal will oversee Rainbow’s expansion plans, strengthen clinical and operational performance, and focus on enhancing value for patients and stakeholders across its growing network.
Commenting on the appointment, Dr Ramesh Kancharla, Chairman and Managing Director of Rainbow Children’s Medicare Limited, said Dalal’s leadership experience and strategic insight would be instrumental in guiding the company through its next phase of growth.
Dalal said he looked forward to building on Rainbow’s clinical foundation and focusing on operational discipline, digital enablement and improved care coordination across regions to further strengthen outcomes for mothers and children.
Rainbow Children’s Medicare operates a network of hospitals providing specialised healthcare services for women and children across multiple cities in India.
