Bengaluru: A 33-year-old woman died and her husband was injured after their scooter skidded on a stretch of road under repair near Chikkajala late Tuesday night. Police said the couple was returning home after purchasing vegetables from a market in Bagalur.Netravati A, a resident of Arebannimangala village near Yelahanka, died in the incident and her husband, Anil K, is undergoing treatment at a private hospital, police said.“One stretch of the road is being repaired by PWD and barricades have been set up to stop vehicles. However, local residents travelling on two-wheelers have made a small gap through the barricade to reach the road which is being repaired.
