Gandhinagar: BJP candidates of all 15 civic bodies going to polls took a pledge of service on Sunday. While chief minister Bhupendra Patel was present at an event in Ahmedabad, where all 192 BJP candidates for the AMC election took the pledge, the state BJP president was present for the Rajkot ceremony. Deputy chief minister Harsh Sanghavi was present at the Vadodara event. A party statement said that Union minister C R Paatil was present in Surat, MP Parshottam Rupala was present in Jamnagar. tnn
