New Delhi: A 40-year-old bus driver has been nabbed for killing an 11-year-old girl in a road accident near Shadipur Depot in central Delhi’s Baljeet Nagar area on Saturday night.According to officials, a PCR call regarding the accident was received at Patel Nagar police station. A police team rushed to the spot near Shadipur Depot and found the minor girl, severely injured. The accused driver fled the scene. She was taken for medical attention but was declared dead. Her body was later shifted to Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital for post-mortem.The driver of the bus was identified as Kaptan Singh (40), a resident of Vijay Park in Najafgarh. The offending vehicle has been seized and taken into custody for further examination.
