Jaipur: Following surprise inspections Thursday evening, district collector Sandesh Nayak took stern action against two Annapurna Rasoi centres in Jaipur.The district collector asked the Jaipur Municipal Corporation (JMC) to slap a fine of Rs 11,000 against each of the two Annapurna Rasoi centres.Officials said during inspections, certain deficiencies were identified at Kitchen No. 515 on VT Road in Mansarovar and at Kitchen No. 1354 on Gopalpura Bypass Road near the Saras Dairy office.“There were several deficiencies, including lack of proper display boards, dustbins, unhygienic utensils, liquid soaps and register for offline meal insurance,” stated an official.
