Pune: The Hinjewadi police have launched a search for a man from Daund, who duped a Pune-based realtor of Rs 6 lakh by promising to help him secure a loan of Rs 4 crore.The accused took money from the realtor in Jan by citing paperwork and also made him mortgage a flat in Baner. However, he neither helped him in getting the loan nor returned the documents of the mortgaged flat, police said.The police have registered the case under Sections 316 (criminal breach of trust) and 318 (cheating) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS).
