Prayagraj: Officials of the Prayagraj Mela Authority felicitated “Rapido” as “Preferred Mobility Partner” for outstanding mobility services at Magh Mela 2026 at an event held at ICCC here on Thursday.Divisional commissioner Saumya Agarwal, along with the Mela Officer, Rishi Raj, presented a Certificate of Appreciation to the company’s representatives.During the Magh Mela, Rapido provided extensive, efficient and well-organised transportation services, and facilitated the movement of millions of devotees.Rapido claimed to have completed over 6,10,000 rides, deploying a network of over 6,500 ‘captains’ across its bike taxi, auto-rickshaw, cab, and e-rickshaw categories. Moreover, in a bid to promote inclusive mobility, specialized services were extended to around 1.20 lakh female users and over 1,100 senior citizens.
