Bengaluru: Parents and guardians from Sampigehalli, north Bengaluru, blocked a vehicle of Vibgyor School in Chokkanahalli, demanding an apology from its driver for alleged rash driving. The protesters filed a complaint with Sampigehalli police against the driver, identified as M Harsha. Based on their complaint, police issued a notice to Harsha, who apologised for rash driving.According to the protesters, Harsha was about to hit a boy playing near his house. The matter was highlighted on X by Voice Of Parents’ Association: “Residents were fed up with rash driving of school buses in their area. After a child narrowly missed being hit, the residents blocked the bus…”A police officer said: “There are some more school bus drivers accused of driving in a rash and negligent manner. Police had to use a crane to remove the vehicle.
