Mumbai: TVS Venu Group on Thursday said it will acquire a 100% stake in PGIM India Asset Management Pvt Ltd and PGIM India Trustees Pvt Ltd from Prudential Financial Inc for an undisclosed sum. The acquisition, subject to regulatory approvals, will be carried out through TVS Venu Management and Consultancy Services Pvt Ltd and its affiliates. PGIM India, part of Prudential Financial’s global investment management arm PGIM, manages over Rs 30,000 crore in assets as of Dec 31, 2025, and offers equity, fixed income and multi-asset solutions to retail and institutional investors.
