This hands-on role offers valuable exposure to a fast-paced styling environment. Candidates must be highly organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities, while supporting Molly and the team across all aspects of the styling process.
The ideal candidate is responsible, proactive, and extremely detail-oriented, with a strong team-oriented mindset and a genuine eagerness to learn. An interest in fashion trends, emerging designers, and vintage is a plus. This is a dynamic role that requires the ability to stay focused under pressure, interact confidently in client-facing situations, and maintain a positive, can-do attitude. Hours will vary and may include weekends, early mornings, late evenings, and occasional travel.
Responsibilities include:
● Conducting market research and coordinating sample requests
● Assisting with look guide creation
● Sourcing new designers and vintage pieces
● Supporting and attending client fittings
● Attending showroom appointments
● Liaising with PR teams and showroom contacts
● Maintaining the styling team calendar and shared documents
Applicants must be based in Los Angeles and have reliable transportation. Strong organizational skills, professionalism, dedication, and a strong work ethic are essential.
Please note: this is an unpaid internship. Candidates must be currently enrolled in college and eligible to receive academic credit.
