Nagpur: Kelvad police invoked the Maharashtra Prevention of Dangerous Activities (MPDA) Act against Roshan Bambal (39) and Arvind Bagde (37), residents of Khapa (Narasala), for terrorising residents of Saoner. Bambal faces multiple cases related to sand theft and assault, while Bagde is involved in the illegal liquor trade. Both have a history of intimidating and assaulting citizens.
