The Kerala BJP’s manifesto outlines a range of welfare and infrastructure promises ahead of the 2026 polls. It proposes a “Bhakshya Arogya Suraksha” card for economically weaker women, offering a monthly Rs 2,500 recharge to cover medicines and groceries.
Released by state party chief Nitin Nabin, the document also pledges to establish an AIIMS in Kerala and develop a high-speed rail corridor linking Thiruvananthapuram and Kannur.

Among other measures, the party promises two free LPG cylinders annually for poor families during Onam and Christmas.
