Kanpur: A 27-year-old man committed suicide after recording an audio message blaming his friend for his death in the city, police said. The incident occurred in the Shivrajpur police station area, where the man hanged himself from a babool tree.The deceased was identified as Sonu, son of Parshuram, a farmer and resident of Chiranjeev Purwa under the Shivrajpur police station area. Police reached the spot after the family dialled 112. Sonu’s cousin Ramkesh spotted the body hanging from tree and informed family, following which the police were alerted. TNN
