Dibrugarh: The Assam Congress unveiled five guarantees, including unconditional monthly financial assistance of ₹50,000 to women for entrepreneurship, a cashless health insurance cover of ₹25 lakh for every family, besides ensuring justice in Zubeen Garg case within 100 days.The guarantee includes providing permanent land pattas (rights) to 10 lakh indigenous people. AICC president Mallikarjun Kharge said the guarantees were made in consultation with people.
