Dumka: Police on Friday recovered bodies of an 18-year-old girl and a 20-year-old boy hanging together from a tree near Sarpatta Karipahari village in Deoghar district. The deceased, identified as Babita Kumari and Pradip Mahto, were allegedly in a relationship and were missing since Sunday evening.After getting information, officer in-charge of Budhai police station, Rupesh Kumar Mahato, rushed to the spot along with his team. Police recovered the bodies and sent them for post-mortem examination to Sadar hospital.“While prima facie it appears they died by suicide, investigation is underway into other angles as well to rule out any foul play. Family members of both deceased are being questioned,” he said.
