Hyderabad: The state govt will implement integrated digital land records management system ‘Bhu Bharati’, from survey to registration, by allotting Bhudhar unique IDs to land parcels from April 2, revenue minister Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy announced on Thursday. To begin with, the integrated land records system will be implemented in five mandals on a pilot basis.“The Telangana govt developed Bhu Bharati portal to deliver faster land administration services in line with the aspirations and expectations of people by bringing revenue, registration and stamps department and survey departments under one umbrella. The portal has been designed to display details of every land transaction transparently,” the minister said, during a review meeting with revenue and registration and stamps department officials at the secretariat on Thursday. He said the Integrated Bhu Bharati portal would be experimentally implemented in Narayanpet district’s Kosgi, Rangareddy district’s Amangal, Sangareddy district’s Vatpally, Khammam district’s Kusumanchi, and Bhadradri Kothagudem district’s Aswaraopeta mandals starting April 2. After thoroughly examining the merits and demerits in these pilot mandals and making necessary adjustments, it would be implemented across all districts in the second phase.“The Bhu Bharati Act was introduced as promised in the elections, and the Dharani portal was merged into the Bhu Bharati portal. As per the Bhu Bharati Act, the rule of attaching a survey map during registration to avoid inconvenience to buyers and sellers of agricultural lands is being implemented in these five mandals, which will help resolve land disputes in the state,” Srinivas Reddy said.He said in these five mandals, a Bhudhar number would be assigned to every survey number, similar to an Aadhaar number. A re-survey has already been conducted in five villages without maps, and Bhudhar numbers were allocated. The minister said the integrated Bhu Bharati portal has been designed to provide complete land information easily and conveniently with just one click, allowing farmers to access necessary information immediately upon logging in with the mobile number linked to their Aadhaar number.“Additionally, the portal offers information, survey, correction, appeal, registration, and citizen dashboard services, including details like my land portfolio, NALA orders, registration document details, feedback, related official details, ROR, Bhudhar number, application details, mutation, EC, market value, village map, map for every survey number, passbook correction, etc., integrating three departments to make the Bhu Bharati portal fully accessible to the public,” he said.“From the time of application for registration and other land services until the process is completed, information will be communicated to the applicant at every stage via SMS. While the Dharani portal had 36 modules, steps were taken to integrate all transactions in the Bhu Bharati portal, the minister said.
