Panaji: The FRRO Goa Special Task Force has traced nine foreign nationals found overstaying in Goa. Of these, seven are Russian nationals, including two minors, and two are Ukrainian nationals.Of the nine traced, two Russians have already left the country. For the others, applications for exit permits and visa conversion have been submitted and are under process.Goa police said efforts are ongoing to trace such cases and ensure the drive remains comprehensive, effective, and legally compliant.Accommodators have been told to submit foreign guest details within 24 hours of check-in and update departures within 24 hours.Violations may invite penal action under law. Police said rules apply to OCI card holders and minors.
