Amravati: Former forest minister and BJP leader Sudhir Mungantiwar on Monday lashed out at Melghat Tiger Reserve officials for the clandestine closure of India’s first National Museum of Spiders, which was set up at the Forest Training Institute in Chikhaldara in 2018. Mungantiwar said with just two days left for the Maharashtra legislature session to end, no calling attention motion can be moved in the matter as it requires at least three days’ notice. “I will pursue the matter through correspondence with concerned people,” he said.Talking to TOI over phone, Mungantiwar, who had inaugurated the museum, said the officers are not positive about people.
