Bathinda: The members of the Congress and the BJP on Monday held protests in various districts across Punjab against the Aam Aadmi Party govt and demanded a CBI probe into the alleged suicide of Gurdeep Singh Randhawa, district manager, Punjab Warehouse Corporation.The Bathinda district unit of the Congress party organised a candle march seeking justice for the bereaved family. The BJP’s Bathinda district unit, on the other hand, burnt the effigy of the state govt and demanded that the case be transferred to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI).Congress district Bathinda president Rajan Garg and BJP district president Sarup Chand Singla led the respective protests.
