Amravati: A 52-year-old man and his 24-year-old daughter lost their lives when a car rammed the bike near MIDC Chowk under Rajapeth police station area at around 12.10 am on Sunday.Gajanan Makode (52) and his daughter Sapna (24) lost their lives, while another daughter, Priyanka (22), is seriously injured.Gajanan’s elder daughter Sapna was heading to Pune and was being dropped off at the bus stop by her father and sister on a bike. A car collided with their bike, causing fatal injuries to Gajanan and Sapna, and seriously injuring Priyanka.The injured were rushed to a hospital, where Gajanan and Sapna succumbed to the injuries. Priyanka is undergoing treatment at a private hospital.The police have registered a case against the car driver Manish Shobhani (39) and arrested him.
