Medininagar: A 50-year-old man was allegedly beaten to death with sticks and iron rods by his relatives over a land dispute in Jharkhand’s Palamu district, police said on Monday.The incident occurred in Chauwa Chattan village under Hussainabad police station limits on Sunday. The deceased has been identified as Jaynarayan Yadav.“The man succumbed to injuries while being rushed to RIMS, Ranchi. There were five to six assailants who used sticks and iron rods to beat up Yadav, leading to his death,” Hussainabad police station officer-in-charge Chandan Kumar said.The police have registered an FIR and launched an investigation.“The accused have been identified, and search is underway to apprehend them,” he added
